The
college functions under the self-financing scheme and selection of the
students are based on their ranks in the entrance test conducted by the
Controller of Entrance Examinations, Govt. of Kerala.Since the college
is a self financing college which comes under the control of the government,
the procedure adopted for admission during each year varies according
to the decision taken by the government in this regard from time to time.
The admission for both the merit quota and management quota is purely
based on the rank secured in the Common Entrance Examination conducted
by the Entrance Commissioner, Govt. of Kerala. The students will be allotted
to different branches based on their rank in the entrance examination
and their preferences. The difference between the merit quota and management
quota is in the amount of fees that has to be paid by the candidates.15%
of the seats are reserved for NRI; the admission is based on the merit
in the qualifying examination.
